the rooms are so tiny, I tripped over my suitcase every day. there was no kettle for my tea, can you believe it? i was promised a nice stay but instead, faced miserable parking and lackluster service. almost left a glowing review, but the overall incompetence woudl ve been more than I could bear.

The location is excellent for sightseeing.
Unfortunately, my room was quite cramped, and I found myself navigating around my suitcase daily. There was no kettle or fridge, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, the service at the reception was severely lacking. I felt ignored when needing assistance with room issues.

Family with children budget-friendly
Had a comfy room with nice views of the city skyline and great temperature control! The lounge area was inviting, perfect for unwinding after exploring. It really had a nice vibe and the kids loved it.
It wasn’t overly cheap, but it was still reasonable.

good location for events, clean and comfortable rooms, inviting lobby design
Room sizes are ridiculously cramped!!! No kettle or fridge to keep drinks cool!!! The bar serves watered drinks that are overly priced!!! Better check-in processes should be in place to avoid those long waiting times!!!

Exceptional Stay with Comfortable Features
I enjoyed my stay immensely, particularly the friendly staff who always greeted me. The king-size bed offered truly restful sleep, and the bath amenities, including organic hair & body wash, were a delightful surprise. Consider visiting ALDI for water, as it's way cheaper than at the bar.

Had a great time with my friends at the hotel! The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the beautiful Isar riverbanks and enjoy the nearby parks. The hotel is clean, with a cozy atmosphere, making our stay enjoyable. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a good base to explore the city.
One downside was the limited dining options available. Breakfast was nice but could've had more warm choices and drinks like orange juice. It got a bit crowded, especially during busy morning hours.

The hotel offers a fantastic location near shops and restaurants. My room with a king size bed was well-sized for a calm retreat. The comfortable seating in the lounge area provided a pleasant space to unwind after a busy day. The staff were friendly and offered various tips for nearby attractions, making it a more enriching experience.

The location, just a short walk to public transportation and the city center, was convenient for exploring. The cleanliness and modern decor of the room stood out, enhanced by a comfy mattress, making for a restful stay. However, the breakfast area felt cramped and uninviting, and the coffee was disappointing, lacking variety. Additionally, the reception staff could have been friendlier, giving off an unfriendly vibe during check-in.

Breakfast was truly delightful, and I appreciated the vibrant atmosphere of the lobby with its comfortable furnishings. Room 407 had a slightly uneven bed, but a cushion quickly resolved that. While the bar service could be quicker, the overall experience was enjoyable during a time of travel disruptions.
